Who we are

Verith is operated by Sundry Apps. For data protection purposes, we are the data controller for information you provide when using the platform. Contact: hello@verith.co.uk.

What we collect and why

• Account information — your email address and password, to provide access to the platform
• Venue information — name, address, capacity, and emergency procedures you enter, to generate your PPP
• Staff records — names and training records you enter, to support your compliance documentation
• Usage data — pages visited and actions taken, to improve the service
• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe; we do not store card details

Cookies

We use a small number of essential cookies needed to run the service — for example, to keep you signed in and to protect forms against fraud. These are always active.

If you arrive through a partner or referral link, we set a first-party cookie to remember which partner referred you, so we can credit them if you go on to subscribe. It holds only a short partner code, is not shared with third parties, and is not used to track you across other websites.

With your consent, we also use Google Ads cookies to measure how well our advertising works. These load only if you choose "Accept" on our cookie banner; if you choose "Essential only," they are never set, and you lose no functionality. Google acts as a processor for this measurement data.

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand overall site traffic. It is privacy-first: it sets no cookies and does not collect personal data, so it runs without requiring consent.
